She is survived by: her sibling Tammy Cox; her granddaughter Cora Lynn Shores; her husband Ed Cowley of Chico; her children, Stacy Ann Wilson (Bill) of Apple Valley and Travis Melton of Chico; her sister-in-law Tammy Sosa (Darren) of Chico; her daughter-in-law Ashley Smith; and her son Joseph Siebert.
Debbie had a gift for caring for the elderly who suffered from Alzheimers.
