He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Brown and Emma Brown (Worthington); his wife Beatrice Brown; his son Billie G. Brown Jr.; and his grandson Frank Elenburg.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Pardo Cole of Nashville, Stacie Torres of Garland, Tracie Costanza of Bridgeport, John T. Brown (Barbara) of Mesquite and Raymond Brown of Hurst; and his brother Jimmie Paul Brown (Fifi) of Bridgeport. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
