She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harvey and Bessie O. Collins (Mayfield); her spouse Amiel M. Johnson, Jr.; her siblings, Floyd, Leo, Teddy, Fred, Louis Collins, Jeri Tittle and Nadine Howard; and her grandson Hunter Belew.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Johnson of Chico, Jerry Johnson (Jacque) of Odessa, Teresa Belew of Chico and Missy Quiroga (Oney) of Grandview; her grandchildren, Cliff, Scott, Holly, Troy, Cierra, Cheyenne, Justin, Christina, Jessamy, Markus and Candace; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Chealee, Emily, Keirstyn, Ryder, Landyn, Drake, Kymberlyn, Journee, Quincey and Avery; and her sisters, Bessie Lamb of Colorado City, Rosalie Ziessel of Amarillo and Pat Greene of Granite Shoals. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
