Sheryl Mitcham Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sheryl Mitcham of Chester, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sheryl Mitcham to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clamon and Bessie Myrtice Futch Clamon; her siblings, Lynell Clamon, Don Clamon and Lynn Clamon; and her granddaughter Alicyn Mitcham.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Mitcham of Chester; her sons, Justin Mitcham (Heather) of Colmesneil and Josh Duncan (Laura David) of Chester; her siblings, Dale Clamon (Susan) of Chester and Janice Whitworth (John) of Chester; her sister-in-law Wanda Clamon of Hortense; her grandchildren, Brooke Mitcham, J. W. Mitcham, J. T. Duncan and Grady Duncan; and her close friends, Sheila Smith and Suzanne Rigby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel (113 W Holly St, Woodville, TX 75979). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Feagin Cemetery.
