He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Blackerby and Nancie Blackerby. He is survived by: his wife Jann Blackerby; his daughter Donna Blackerby of Rockdale; and his sisters, Carolyn Mathis of Whitehouse and Joyce Hubbard of Tyler, Texas. He is also survived by nine nieces and two nephews.
