It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Powell (Chester, Texas), who passed away on March 4, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Hughes and Eva Ann Hughes; and her son-in-law Worley Dollins. She is survived by: her children, Everett Powell (Sheran) of Chester and Ernestine Dollins of Chester; her grandchildren, Kelly Jobe (Ken) of Chester and Kara Migl (Brian) of Lake Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Kasey Jobe, Kyrstin Jobe, Rebecca Migl and Haley Migl. She is also survived by 3 brothers; 4 sisters.
