He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chester and Maxine Frizzell Bowden; and his brother William Robert "Billy" Bowden. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Bowden of May; his sons, James "Jim" Bowden (Valerie) of May and Lonny Bowden (Cindy) of Brady; and his grandchildren, Alex Evans of May, Brittney Evans (Jared) of Bangs, Max Bowden of Brownwood, GiGi Morado and Gracie Zapata of Brady. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
