He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Pat Boultinghouse and Shirley Capps; and his grandfathers, Thomas Daniel and Jesse Mae Boultinghouse. He is survived by: his sons, Zachary and Theron of Llano, Texas; his siblings, Traci Highsmith (Trey) of Schertz and Chad Boultinghouse of Schertz; and his nieces, Tammy Boultinghouse and Carolyn Boultinghouse.
