He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Sydow and Gladyce Sydow (Barnhart); and his sister Nancy "Marvina" Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Sydow (Kacal); his sister Joy Robinson of Dallas; his children, Deborah Jennings (Wayland) of Lampasas Texas and David Sydow (Heather) of Houston, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Chris Schielack (Laina), Jenny Campise (Matt), Zach, Brooklyn, Kayla Sydow and Cheyenne Lynch.
