She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Marvin Echols and Nola Bee Horton; her husband Joseph James Mangiafico; her sons, Stephen Marion Schellhase, James Marvin Schellhase (Susan) and John Charles Schellhase (Amy); her grandchildren, Melissa Schellhase, Lindsay Hoffman (Chris), Robert Schellhase, Sydney Schellhase and Thomas Schellhase; her great grandchild Ethan Hoffman; and her siblings, Patricia Haddock, Mina Harris (Andy), Odis and Charles Echols. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life is being planned once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
