He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Holliday and Earlene Holliday (Barnett); his sister-in-law Bobby Holliday; his siblings, Billy Earl Holliday and Dorothy Zouzalik; his brother-in-law Vic Zouzalik; his daughter Kathy Christian; his siblings-in-law, Kay Broyles, Pat Lauer, Johnny Prescott and Curtis Conrad; and also Palma Holliday.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Holliday; his children, Michael Holliday and Judi Jones; his sons-in-law, Charlie Jones and James Christian; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Christian, Rage Martinsen, Eryn Christian and Arya Christian.
