He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Sr. Juarez and Julia Juarez (Sanchez); his son Roberto Juarez Jr.; and his brothers, Paulino Guerrero, Cecilio Guerrero, Lalo Guerrero and Jesus Guerrero.
He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Crespin Santiago and Jose Rodriguez; his children-in-law, Ricardo Gaitan and Mary Louise Juarez; his wife Amelia Juarez; his siblings, Benito Juarez Jr. (Amelia), Genoveva Santiago and Margarita Rodriguez; and his children, Mary Hasette (Carlos), Lucy Gaitan, Sandy Juarez (Juan), Ruby Robledo (Daniel), Sarah Juarez (Brad) and Abel Bermea, Jr. (Teresa). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
