He was predeceased by: his father Macey L. Harper. He is survived by: his child Patty; his wife Charlotte Harper; his children, Amy Harper Elkins, Adam Harper and Patricia Harper; his mother Laura L. Schwarzburg; his sisters, Linda Lisa Clark, Lauri Anne Hoyt and Emmy Marie Stone; and his grandchildren, Elena, Evan, Asher Elkins, Aubrey, Conner, Vivienne, Logan Mimun, Faolan Harper and Brannan Harper.
