He is survived by: his wife Sarah Cruz (Maldonado); his children, Ricky Guerra (Jo Ann), Rene Cruz (Dolores) and Lisa Miller (Marvin); his siblings, Alex Cruz (Minnie), Linda Trevino (Marcos) and Rosa Figueroa (Pete); his grandchildren, Charles, Michael, Zachary, Marissa, Little Ricky, Phillip, Christin and Leah; and his great grandchild Tripp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
