He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Moore; his wife Esy; his son Domingo; his children-in-law, Diana (Michelle) and Alex (David Jr.); his grandchildren, Vinny, Rae, Donavon, Mia, Elenor, Emily, Bailey, Leilani, Micah and Max; his brothers, Bobby and Ashley; and his friends, Chris, Ely, Chrissy, Alice, James, Patrick and Dan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, sisters-in-laws, his hero Nana, brothers-in-laws.
