It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Martin (Charlotte, Texas), born in Sherman, Texas, who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Runnels and Edna Runnels; her husband James "Bud" Martin; and her siblings, Billy Jack Runnels and Wanda Sue Hoket.
She is survived by: her children, Buddy, Susie Townsend (Jay) and Martin; her brother E. C. Runnels (Lois); her brother-in-law Bert Brown (Alice); and her grandchildren, Jenifer Lamb (Chad), Matt Townsend (Emily), Bridget Harrell (Colin) and Brittany Orr (Matt). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
