We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2021, at the age of 82, Billy Glendon Rhodes of Charlotte, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma Rhodes and Duard Rhodes; his brother Bobby Rhodes; and his siblings-in-law, Guy Stroud, Shelton Simpson, Leo Duck and Vicki McGraw.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his daughters, Pam Rhodes of Hallsville and Suzette Worley of Garland; his grandchildren, Kyle Oney (Bridgett) of Longview, Maknzy Billingslea (Joe) of Hallsville, Sarah Friesen of Garland, Micah Friesen of Garland, Phillip Friesen of Garland and Adam Friesen of Garland; his great grandchildren, Rylan Oney, Tatum Oney, Dax Oney, Remington Oney, Anderson Billingslea, Addilyn Billingslea and Annsley Billingslea; and his sisters, Martha Duck, Beverly Wieber, Wanda Simpson and Cheryl Stroud (James Stroud). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
