He is survived by: his mother Isabel Bermea Calvillo; his son Abel Calvillo Jr.; and his siblings, Lloyd Calvillo (Angie) of Charlotte, Juanita James (Robert) of Jourdanton and Linda Garcia (Julian) of Pleasanton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
