He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Garrett and Juanell Garrett; his brother Nicky Garrett; and his niece Chrystal Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Rustee Garrett of Lubbock, Kevin Garrett and Mistee Hardy; and his siblings, Dale of Amarillo, Cary of Amarillo, Scott Garrett of Amarillo and Melanie Edwards of Amarillo. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
