It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Lee Mims (Channelview, Texas), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on March 24, 2019, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Dan Wallace; her grandparents, Lorene, Edward Wallace, Pauline Borden, Elbert Edmond, Dorothy and Hester Owens; and her brothers, Danny Edward Wallace, Billy Joe Wallace and William Bryant Owens.

She is survived by: her son Shelton Bryant Barela of Springs, TX; and her mother Gail Owens of Jemison, AL. She is also survived by Numerous Nephews, Cousins, Aunts & Uncles.
