She was predeceased by: her parents, William Calvin Stegall and Violia Cramer Stegall; her siblings, Alice Faye Vickery, Patricia Boyle and William Calvin; her grandson Robert Leon Pemberton Jr.; and her daughter Judy Annette Kimble.

She is survived by: her husband J. D. Kimble; her children, Kathryn Hallmark of Channelview, Mary Jane Powell (Mike) of Baytown, Carolyn "Susie" Kimble of La Porte and Jepsey "Pete" Kimble, Jr. (Cindy) of Galena Park; and her grandchildren, Kevin Hallmark, Brian Hallmark, Rachel Hallmark Zikeli, Tonya Powell Hutton, Amanda Powell Baker, Kimberly Kimble Rodden, Jepsey Kimble III, Melissa Kimble and Crystal Peterson. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
