He is survived by: his son Michael Todd Smith (Dianna); his daughter-in-law Deanna Smith; and his siblings, Lanell Anderson, Kay Janosik and Patricia Wallens. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
