She was predeceased by: her parents, Sim Ainsworth Sr. and Lelah Walker Ainsworth; her brothers, Sim Ainsworth Jr., Herbert Ainsworth, Kenneth Ainsworth, Leonard Ainsworth, Billy Ainsworth and Edward Ainsworth; her son Donald Wayne Ainsworth; and her grandson Jesse Wayne Ainsworth.
She is survived by: her sister Wanda Ainsworth Collins; her children, Mike Donnell and Lisa Alaniz; her grandchildren, Shane Ainsworth Brace (Phillip), Rebecca Ainsworth Smith (Eric), Mike Donnell (Morgan), Kim Freund (Matt), Devan Alaniz (Angela) and Haley Alaniz; and her great grandchildren, Brendan Woods, Kinnah, Calloway Smith, Maddux, Cameron Parsons, Lanna, Lexie Ainsworth, Jaecen, Connor Alaniz, McKenzie Donnell, Kinley and Rylee Freund.
