He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cruz; his children, David Earl Williams (Toni) of Reston, VA, Tirrell Junious Bacon of Street, MD and Natalie Dianne Lockett (Bradford) of Columbia, MD; his stepdaughter Maritza Cruz; his sister Artrice Ford of Philadelphia, PA; his uncle James Bacon (Priscilla) of Chester, VA; his aunt Evelyn Hardy of Chase City, VA; and his niece Jeannette Harpe. He is also survived by six granddaughters, three grandsons, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
