He is survived by: his spouse Delfina Briones; his children, Daniel Briones Jr., Diana Briones and Daneli Briones; his grandson Juan Nathan Diaz; and his siblings, Adalberto Briones, Ivonne Briones, Rosaelia Briones, Leticia Briones, Pedro Amado Briones, Minerva Briones, Maria, Angeles Briones, Ramiro Briones, Ernesto Briones, Adela Briones and Guadalupe Briones. He is also survived by nephews and friends.
