She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander Crawford Bailey and Lena Vira Bailey (Kennedy); her husband David Melton Richards; her daughter Nina Richards-Holloway; and her siblings, Chester Bailey, Dwight Bailey, Donald Bailey and J. W. Bailey.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jason Holloway (Maureen) of Virginia and Lesley Holloway (Jacob Kearney) of Dallas; her great grandchildren, Chloe Holloway, Grace Holloway, Madden Holloway, Claire Holloway, Beckham Kearney and Crew Kearney; and her sisters, Frances Frazier of Tyler, Fannie Mitchell (Truman) of Tyler and Peggy Campagna of Dallas.
