He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Joe Morgan, Sr. and Mattie Bob McBurney (McCurley); his wife Ruth Morgan; and his sister Fredia Rene Sperling. He is survived by: his children, Turner "Joe" Morgan, III (Haley) of Chandler and Dana Scott (Don) of Brownsboro; and his siblings, Doug Morgan (Lynn) of Rockwall, Jerry Morgan (Lynnette) of Nebraska, Jeanie Wade (Brannon) of Whitehouse and Robert McBurney. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
