He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Elrod of Tyler; his son Travis Elrod of Whitehouse; his grandson Jacob Elrod; his daughter Traci Ann Elrod of Houston; his granddaughter Grace Banuelos; and his siblings, Melanie Elrod Canant (Ross Canant) of Winona and Wyman Elrod of Flint.
