He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Jim Collins (Angie) of Chandler, TX; his sister Mary Guida of Murphysboro, IL; and his sister-in-law Nancy James (Tom) of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
