He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daniel Cash, Sr. and Leola Mae Cash (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Lanell Cash of Chandler; his children, Anna Mitchell-Cash of Golden, Suzanne Lindsey (David) of Lindale, Stephen Williams of Chandler and Rebecca Rachell (Ryan) of Tyler; and his siblings, Kim Espinosa (Joe) of China Springs, Dan Cash (Charlotte) of Spokane and Jolene Runyun (Terry) of Pomona, California. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
