With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Jean Hamilton of Chandler, Texas, born in Fort Riley, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Leo Stephens and Ardith Mary Stephens (Patterson); and her daughter Tammy Jean Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband James Hamilton of Chandler; her children, Kathy Hamilton of Haslet and Kenny Hamilton of Lake Dallas; her siblings, Ray Stephens (John) of Haslet, Melba Stephens of Haslet and Rick Stephens (Susie) of Southlake; her grandsons, Brandon Quick (Shelbi) and James Hamilton (Brooke); and her great grandchildren, Briyana Singer, Gage Brown, Riley Hamilton, Hudson Quick, Saylor Quick and Tatum Quick.
