He is survived by: his wife Ruth Smiley of Chandler; his children, Ronijean Gilley (James) of Biloxi, Joshua Smiley (Stacy) of Chandler and John Smiley (Kayla) of Bullard; his siblings, Margaret Bostick of Athens, Joffery Smiley (Laura) of Tyler, Shirley Culpepper of Irving and Jim Smiley (Sue) of Tyler; and his grandchildren, Amber Marshall, Terry Marshall, Lelane Gilley, Luke Smiley, Tenley Smiley, Michael Wedgeworth, Stephen Williams and Marissa Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
