He was predeceased by: his father Herman Dee Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Moore of Chandler; his mother Helen Moore of Chandler; his daughters, Samantha Moore of Chandler and Kathi Prince of Tyler; and his brothers, Ronnie Moore (Carolyn) of Crockett and David Moore (Shelby) of Palestine.
