As Randall departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Randall may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Randall leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Glenn Perry and Elizabeth Ann Tobias Perry; his brother Terry Lee Perry; and his sister-in-law Donna Perry. He is survived by: his brothers, Cecil (Glennia Shivers), Billy (Robin Shivers), David Perry and Johnny (Sherry Perry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the O. T. Allen & Son Funeral Chapel (649 San Antonio Rd, Alto, TX 75925).
