He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Martin and Phyllis Mae Martin (Kersh); his wife Jacqueline Martin (Roan); his brother Jimmy Martin; his daughter-in-law Inda Russ; and his brother-in-law Sammy Vickery.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Russ of Shreveport, Donnie Russ of Monroe, Michelle Lankford (Earl) of California, Deborah Huffman (Jimmie) of Tyler, Wes Russ of Tyler and Weston Fisher (Melissa) of Lindale; his sisters, Wanda Vickery of Palestine and Frances Poinsette (Bob) of Palestine; and his cousin Sharon Roberts (Glenn) of Tennessee Colony. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of friends.
