With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Dossey of Chandler, Texas, born in Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. B. Davis and Vera Davis (Parham); her spouse Thomas Monroe Dossey; her daughter Jane Bohannon (Dossey); her siblings, Melton Davis, Mary Posey (Davis), Tim Davis and Ted Davis; and her grandson Thomas Martin Dossey.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Dossey (Elizabeth) of Murchison, Marie Coltharp (Nick) of Boise and Vera Hammack (Mark) of Chandler; her sister Mildred Collins (Oran) of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Christine Middleton (George), Jason Coltharp (Shari), Amanda Coltharp, Joy Larsen, Steve Hammack (Katie) and Erica Howell (Charlie). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
