She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin Talton and Louise Talton (Jackson); and her husband James Harrell Griffin. She is survived by: her sons, James Talton Griffin (Terri Lynn) and Franklin Lee Griffin (Serena); her grandchildren, Kate Auringer, Serena "Reno" Brooks (Michael), John Griffin, Zane Brenna Griffin (Oscar Brito), James "Cub" Talton Griffin, Jr., Chula Wheeler, Jayme Kifer and Dakota Smallwood; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Brooks, Henry Brooks, Spencer Brooks and Anika Grace Smallwood.
