Kay Parmer is survived by: husband Dwain Spradlin of Chandler; children, Malinda Ulm (Dave) of Cave Creek, AZ and Mitchell Spradlin (Megan); grandchildren, Mason Spradlin (Lauren) of Chandler, Gwen Ulm of Cave Creek, AZ, Myla Spradlin and Maggie Spradlin of Tyler; and great grandchild Annabelle Kay Spradlin of Chandler.
