She was predeceased by: her mother Esther Smith (Brandenberger); her former husband David F. Handley, Sr. of Reese; and her son David F. Handley, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Russel G. Bell of Topeka, KS; her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Carrie Handley of Flint; her grandchildren, Tom of Kansas, Mike of Kansas, Brian of Kansas, Rachel Handley of Corsicana, Rebecca Mullins (Alex) of Athens and Aaron Handley (Devin) of Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Hudson and Aaden Mullins.
