He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble W. Thorn and Allie Lucille Collins Thorn; and his siblings, Octavia (Tivy) and Bobby Thorn. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Grinstead Thorn; his son Josh L Thorn (Kiki); his grandchildren, Zachary, Sydney and Jace Thorn; his stepson Alan Adams (Amy); his grandsons, Scott and Jacob Adams; his siblings, Wanda Thorn Bailey, Larry Thorn, John Thorn and Jan Thorn Claxton (Mike Claxton); and his close friend Ronny Horton (Pam Horton). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, and cousin.
