With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hoover Lemons of Chandler, Texas, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lemons and Bettie Mae Jackson Lemons of Chandler, Texas.; his son Michael Lemons; and his siblings, Freddie Mae Lemons Mitchell, Cloteal Lemons Albert, Genell Lemons Cofer, Harlee Lemons, Alsaiah Lemons and Donald Lemons.

He is survived by: his wife Ella Jones Lemons; his children, Carol Lemons Graham (Clifford Graham), Angela Lemons Mathews (Tony Mathews) and Kevin Lemons; his grandchildren, Clifford Graham III, Kelvin Graham, Michael Mathews, Ryann Nicole Mathews Hamilton (Mike Hamilton) and Morian Leigh Mathews; his great grandchildren, Imani Graham, Alana Graham, Akiha Graham, Jalen Graham and Harmoni Hamilton; and his siblings, John Lemons (Dorothy) and Beverly Lemons (Charles George). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
