He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blaylock and Josephine Blaylock; and his wife Betty Blaylock. He is survived by: his children, Susan Tucker (Michael) and David Blaylock (Julie); his grandchildren, Kristi Spencer (Sean), Jarett Stephenson (Minta), Lindsay Andrews (Blake), Brandon Blaylock (Heather) and Candace Nichols (John); and his great grandchildren, Haley, Avery, Luke, Taylor, Kaleb, Payton, Aubrey, Harper, Dylan, Kayden and Levi.
