He is survived by: his wife Frances Phillips of Chandler; and his children, Melody Jesiolowski (Thomas) of Tomball, Brenda Gyoerkoes (Peter) of The Woodlands, Mike Phillips (Connie) of Mexia and Scottie Phillips of Mansfield. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
