He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wiggins and Nellie Wiggins (Adams). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Wiggins of Chalk Bluff; his sons, Raymond John Wiggins of Ross and Roger Dale Wiggins of Chalk Bluff; his granddaughters, RayAnn Wiggins, Brandy Tennison and Audra Pruitt (Micheal); and his sisters, Joyce Smith and Madona Wiggins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
