He is survived by: his wife Leslie Hendrix; his children, John Hendrix (Monica) and Lisa Willis (Bob); his grandchildren, Mandi Roberts (Jonathon), Casey Willis, Chance Hendrix (Suzy), Brady Willis and Brett Hendrix; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Kamryn, Johnny and Payton; and his brother Floyd Hendrix. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
