With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aubrey R. Minchew of Chalk, Texas, who passed away on October 23, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, Ronald Minchew and Darla Minchew; and his grandson Traun Pogue. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Minchew; his daughters, Carla Pogue (Chester) and Patricia Nehring (Jeff); his sister Ann Smith of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Casey Gauntt (Chris) of Austin, Eric Turner (Erica) of Leroy, Dustin Pogue (Melissa) of Chalk Bluff, Brad Turner (Leslie) of Perry, Holly Browning (Ryan) of Oklahoma, Chad Richardson (Priscilla) of College Station and Micah O'Neall (Scott) of San Antonio; and his great grandchildren, Cade, Makayla, Kevin, Mattie, Tailor, Erin, Georgia, Rose, June and Sophie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and many friends.
