He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Bain; and his sisters, Mary Frances Bain and Bonnie Sue Killam. He is survived by: his pet Verner; his daughter Bridgitte Ness (James) of Poynor; his grandchildren, Christopher Saxon, Chelsea Hancock, Dustin Ness, Melanie Ness, Heather Ness and Breannah Ness; and his nephews, Bob, Bill and Steve Killam. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
