She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie W. Mathews and Alyne C. Mathews (Calhoun); her daughter Meredith Ann; and her brother James Wesley Mathews. She is survived by: her husband Noal Ray Goolsby of Centerville; her children, Steven Goolsby (Kristi) of Centerville and Kim Hancock (Jeffery) of Centerville; her siblings, John A. Mathews (Linda) of Ann, Danny Mathews (Linda) of Jewett and Elane Eaton of Cape Giradeau, MO.; and her grandchildren, Trevor, Tara Goolsby, Avery and Paxton Hancock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
