He is survived by: his wife Judy Hulsey Bell; his children, Larry Wayne "Wayney" Bell (Donna), Charles Michael Bell (Donna), Pamela Ann Bell Little, Sharon Lea Miller and Beverly Bridget Yargo; and his brother Jamie Bell. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
