He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Vaculik and Pansy Vaculik (Klechka). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Vaculik (Tubb) of Sugar Land; his daughter Sylvia Calhoun; his grandchildren, Connor Vaculik (Ethan) of Sugar Land, Tyler Calhoun and Chesney Calhoun of Anderson; his brother Sandy Vaculik (Patti) of Emory; and his grandchildren, Bo Vaculik, Charlie Vaculik, Edward Tubb, Jan Gilbert, Christopher Crouch and Ethan Smart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Salem Cemetery Association.
